	We purchased our new home after Christmas 2017 (closing was 12/27/2017) and started an ambitious remodel, completely gutting the basement to add a second master space and create a [[Camp_Kiwi_Data_Center\|Data Center]]. The basement remodel got it's Final inspection on 04/28/2020 (we moved down from upstairs in November of 2019). The addition ~~recieved~~ it's Final inspection for occupancy on 01/26/2023, though we were using it well before that. We also elected to covert it to 100% [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geothermal_heating geothermal] heating and air-conditioning and install tankless hot water (to supplement the "free" geothermal hot water). 	The concrete guys cut the water supply to the fountain and the sprinklers, so we need to reconnect this. We had them bury conduit to house these, and mark them where they exit the new slab. You can we went with rebar rather than chicken wire, and this is held off the ground with plastic "chairs", and is drilled-through the end boards to keep it centered in the slab. They're pouring large - about 30' x 30' sections, at a time and then saw-cutting as they move forward. They also found the incoming fiber for our internet and cut it. The ISP was out the next day to string a new line overhead, and we'll bury a conduit under the driveway at the low-point trench drain so they can run from the pole, under the drive, and around the house to the ONT.
