We stopped here maybe twice, one of those was a "precautionary" landing after we lost the sparrow strainer (dynamic tri device) off of the canard on our Velocity. The controller was working another "emergency" (a Piper with a blown alternator if I recall correctly), and overloaded. The locals ended up sending a full police and fire response to the airport, which I found a little embarrassing. My father-in-law used to take us to the casino and resort at French Lick from time-to-time, and we might have flown in a couple of other times.<br/>
