And for those that I did, they're often frozen at an age or point in time that I don't recognize them in pictures of a different age.  Sites like Dead Fred made me think, maybe I can crowd-source the identification process - and share family photos with lots of you at the same time.  I'm going to try to group them by surname the best that I can, but I might make a mistake, so if you don't see your relative where you expect, check the "Unknown" page, or look at the other surnames, I might have put them in the wrong place.

Hello family, friends, distant cousins and the like. Some of you still have your folks around to answer questions like this, but I lost mom pretty young, and dad several years ago - and let's be honest, mom was the picture-taker anyway. So, I inherited the photo albums, but have no idea who a lot of these beautiful people are. Living in Ohio, and most of our family being, for the most part, in south eastern Kentucky, or further (Texas, Florida, etc.) I didn't see these folks enough to really get everyone clear in my head.

If you find someone you recognize, please email me the name and picture number (and person locator if there are multiple people in the picture) at bferrell[at]fastmail(dot)fm. Yes, it's weird, but yes, it's ".fm". Thanks for any pointers, and check out our family tree at Ancestry.com. I love you all.

Surname pages - divided to make page load times better. Some of these are empty now (shown by no active link) but will fill in as I add known or suspected photos. Confirmed (or believed to be confirmed) identities are in BOLD and suspected/non-confirmed are in ITALICS.

IMPORTANT: Women are listed by their MAIDEN names here, since they sometimes remarried/are widowed, or the picture I have is a school picture from long before marraige and someone might not know the correct married name.
